Global Technical Service Engineer

Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers, seeking a Global Technical Service Engineer to manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with guidelines. Responsibilities

Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner according to manufacturer and company guidelines
Review repair orders, parts usage, labor times, and documentation to ensure claim compliance
Monitor warranty claim status, follow up on pending claims, RMA, and resolve rejections or chargebacks
Maintain accurate warranty records, reports, and supporting documentation
Communicate with customer centers, vendors, technicians, service advisors, regarding warranty issues
Ensure adherence to warranty policies, procedures, and audit requirements
Track warranty reimbursements and reconcile payments against submitted claims
Identify trends in claim denials or recurring failures and report findings to management
Support internal teams with warranty training, policy updates, and process improvements
Assist with warranty audits and implement corrective actions as needed
Annually compile and submit policy revisions to improve the warranty process for all parties

Required

Proficiency in computer systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines
Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external customer centers and vendors
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Willingness to grow within the business
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus
You are the go to person in your current role; people value your views and ideas

Preferred

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in warranty administration, service administration, or a related role preferred
Experienced in manufacturer or vendor guidelines and compliance
Familiarity with service repair orders, parts documentation, and labor operations
