Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Validation documents, protocols, reports, and training materials
Manage documents within PTC Windchill, ensuring proper version control, approvals, and lifecycle status
Collaborate with Quality, Validation, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams to gather technical content
Ensure documentation complies with GMP, FDA, ISO, ICH, and internal quality standards
Support change control (CC), CAPA, deviations, and audit responses related to documentation
Review and format documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and regulatory readiness
Participate in internal and external audits as a documentation SME
Maintain document templates and style guides
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Technical Writing, or related field
3–8 years of technical writing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
Strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill (document management & change control)
Solid understanding of GMP documentation practices
Experience writing and maintaining regulated technical documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
