Responsibilities
Work closely with the Assistant to the Provost for Academic Excellence and Institutional Effectiveness to produce regular data reports
Analyze various data sets to compile periodic reports and publications
Assist with national IPEDS survey administration and with external surveys from third-party constituents
Support academic data analysis and reporting
Ensure integrity with academic data compliance requirements
Assist in the coordination and facilitation of the program review data
Prepare statistical reports and data used in response to internal and external requests
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in working with dataset administration
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effectively presenting and articulating data to leadership
Works collaboratively with individuals possessing varying technical and research backgrounds
Prioritizes accurate data reporting
Manages multiple projects concurrently and works collaboratively and/or independently toward project completion
Establishes and maintains effective, collegial working relationships with campus constituents
Manages a high level of confidentiality of information
Has the ability to engage effectively with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds
Maintains compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (with preference given to Data Science degrees)
Knowledge of data analysis using SQL
