Senior LevelTeal Insurance Management is seeking an experienced IVR & AI Voice Bot Testing Lead to manage and execute end-to-end testing for IVR and Conversational AI solutions. The role requires strong hands-on testing expertise and leadership skills, particularly in Agile environments within the Utility domain.

Responsibilities
Perform hands-on testing of IVR and AI voice bot applications
Act as IVR Test Lead and own all test deliverables:
Test Plan
Test Scenarios and Test Cases
Test Data Preparation
Test Execution and Result Reporting
Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, including handover and takeover activities
Participate in daily scrums, test calls, design discussions, requirement reviews, and production validation activities as required
Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery model
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly test status reports and metrics
