Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor Eclipse servers, SQL replication, and system health
Troubleshoot issues using SQL, TCL, and Report Writer; conduct root cause analysis
Manage orphaned data/files and ensure interoperability with other systems
Deploy code, implement approved changes, and standardize configurations
Track support issues, provide updates, and respond to urgent requests, including nights/weekends
Collaborate cross-functionally and document processes
Qualification
Required
Experience with Eclipse/Solar Eclipse and Eclipse Basic
Experience administering Universe databases on Linux
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with software vendors and resolving system issues
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
