Responsibilities
Connect & Consult: Engage inbound leads and referrals (NO COLD CALLING), listening to their tax challenges with empathy and professionalism
Educate & Guide: Clearly explain our two-phase process and how our team can help resolve IRS and state tax issues
Qualify & Assess: Gather critical financial and personal details to determine program eligibility and next steps
Close with Confidence: Enroll clients into Phase One, setting realistic expectations and securing their commitment
Build Trust Early: Establish rapport so clients feel confident transitioning to our Resolution Team for Phase Two
Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with tax professionals, case advocates, and leadership to ensure a smooth client handoff

Qualification
Required
Demonstrated competencies in inside sales or client relations, preferably in a financial services, or consultative closing roles (debt relief, financial services, legal services, mortgage, membership services etc.)
Strong ability to listen, empathize, and translate complex financial matters into clear solutions
Confidence in conducting detailed financial intake conversations
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a client-first mindset
Driven, self-motivated, and resilient in a competitive sales environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes
Preferred
Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is a plus (not required)
