Responsibilities

Work closely with the Fund Placement and Distribution team to engage directly in the fund formation and capital raising process for premier private equity firms worldwide
Participate in transaction work that spans single-asset continuation vehicles, multi-asset continuation vehicles, preferred equity, structured capital, fund tender offers, co-invest capital raises, and fund-level financings
Represent the firm throughout the entire client engagement, having a high level of exposure to clients and senior bankers
Complete a robust training program designed to build relationships, provide baseline transactional knowledge, and prepare for first engagement
Quality check your work and the work of your teammates to ensure accuracy before handing up the chain
Seek feedback from teammates/peers during and after key deliverable completion

Required

Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Eligible candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution
A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher as a prerequisite

Excel – Understanding of formulas, data validation, macros, tables, conditional formatting

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of industry-relevant experience
