Responsibilities

Build and manage studio workflows, intake, and project pipelines
Lead delivery of complex creative/experiential initiatives
Own resourcing, staffing plans, and capacity management
Maintain schedules, budgets, and operational reporting
Drive cross-functional coordination and approval processes
Manage external vendors and production partners
Identify risks and keep projects on track

Required

Proficiency with Airtable, Miro, Figma, and Google Workspace
Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills
