Edconic is a company that partners with leading global brands to deliver educational programs. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager, Digital Learning to lead and manage course development projects across a diverse portfolio of online and in-person programs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of course development projects from initiation through launch across multiple formats and brands
Ensure smooth operations and timely execution using monday.com as the project management platform
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including program teams, faculty, instructional designers, and video production to ensure alignment, accountability, and clarity across all phases of course development
Act as a champion for project management best practices helping ensure high-quality outcomes for our students
Manage the Digital Learning team’s SharePoint site, ensuring resources, templates, and tools are organized and updated
Facilitate and lead regular project meetings to communicate progress, review issues, and drive resolution
Develop and oversee clear project documentation processes, including schedules, agenda and meeting minutes, activity lists, and other project documentation
Proactively identify and manage risks and provide actionable solutions to stakeholders
Oversee the management of freelance copyeditors, including developing scopes of work, onboarding, timeline management, and quality control
Continuously evaluate and improve workflows for efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree required
1-5 years of project management experience, ideally with a strong focus on course development delivery
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Strong experience with project management software and methodologies; experience with monday.com is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strategic thinker and problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive
Must be available to work on-site in New York City when requested
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Experience managing educational projects or working in a learning-focused organization is highly preferred
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus; but must be a professional development goal
Proficiency in Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to build, maintain, and update complex schedules using formulas, dependencies, and structured templates while ensuring data accuracy and version control
Strong grasp of instructional design and content development processes is a plus
Experience working with academic faculty or subject matter experts
