Required
7+ years of experience in Data Science, with 2+ years in a people or technical leadership role
Strong experience applying AI/ML in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments
Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Proven experience with healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, imaging, clinical, or real-world data)
Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, NLP, and deep learning
Experience deploying models in production environments (cloud-based preferred)
Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI strategy with organizational goals
Preferred
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or clinical NLP use cases
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring tools
Prior experience working with cross-functional healthcare stakeholders
