Responsibilities
Support and maintain internal applications and systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Assist with system interfaces and integrations between internal and third-party applications (PosiTouch, NetSuite, CrunchTime, ADP, and reporting tools)
Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting
Assist with the migration to Power BI as the organization’s primary reporting tool
Support ERP systems and related integrations
Adhere to change management policies in compliance with SOX requirements
Participate in help desk rotation, providing timely and professional end-user support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions
Assist with system documentation, testing, and process improvements
Build strong working relationships across Accounting, Operations, Legal, Procurement, and IT
Perform special projects and analysis as requested
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
Experience supporting system integrations, APIs, and SFTP data feeds
Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools
ERP experience (NetSuite preferred, not required)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to understand and analyze technical accounting guidance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a team-based environment with shared responsibilities
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Preferred
Experience with SDLC processes
Prior experience supporting SOX-compliant environments
