Test Engineering Co-Op - Fall 2026

The Test Engineering Co-Op will support the Test Team by conducting engineering tests, collaborating with product development teams, and engaging in failure investigations.

Responsibilities
Conduct engineering tests for product development and quality engineering projects
Collaborate with product development teams to design and execute test plans for design verification or early-stage feasibility studies
Design and/or qualify engineering test fixtures
Document engineering test protocols and reports
Engage in failure investigations and remediation efforts
Qualification
Required
Available full time on site: July 13, 2026 – December 18, 2026
Currently enrolled at an accredited college/institution pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, plastics, biomedical engineering or related fields
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work as a reliable team player
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future

Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year.
