Payroll Administrator
Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) is a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturing organization seeking a Payroll / HR Administrator to support payroll accuracy, employee records, and core HR operations. This role requires hands-on involvement in payroll processing, compliance, and employee support, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities
Accurately process bi-weekly payroll for all employees
Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
Maintain payroll records and prepare required reports
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local wage & hour regulations
Generate and distribute W-2s and other tax documentation
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs
Serve as a trusted point of contact for payroll, HR, and policy questions
Provide guidance and training on HR and payroll systems
Coordinate onboarding paperwork and orientation processes
Support offboarding activities and conduct exit interviews
Assist with recruitment support, employee relations, and performance management
Support HR policies, procedures, and corporate HR projects as needed
Conduct regular audits of payroll, benefits, and HR processes
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with precision and discretion
Qualification
Required
3+ years of payroll experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of ADP or similar HRIS systems
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
In-depth understanding of wage & hour compliance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent HR/payroll experience)
2+ years of HR experience or PHR / SHRM-CP certification preferred
Bilingual Spanish skills preferred
