Responsibilities
Partner with clients, solution architects, and technical leads to design and deliver cloud-native solutions
Architect and build scalable, secure distributed systems using microservices, containerization, and API-first design
Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications on AWS
Build innovative prototypes to validate technical approaches and support client demos
Support cloud migration initiatives including rehost (lift & shift), re-platform, and re-architecting legacy systems
Collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, platform engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-value digital products
Contribute to building repeatable cloud solutions and best practices across teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR 9+ years of relevant industry experience
5+ years of experience in full-stack application development
3+ years of experience building and modernizing applications on AWS
Strong hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript (must-have)
Backend experience with Django or alternatives such as Flask, FastAPI, Falcon, or SQLAlchemy
Frontend experience with Vue.js or alternatives such as React, Angular (v1.6+), or Svelte
Strong understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies; proven experience delivering in Agile environments
Ability to work independently while collaborating, mentoring, and supporting team members
Experience building solution prototypes and articulating technical design trade-offs
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges
Preferred
AWS Certifications: AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Experience with: Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, Redis, Memcached, Elasticsearch, RDS (Postgres), MongoDB
Familiarity with AWS SAM and AWS Well-Architected Framework
Experience contributing to solution architecture for proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and technical whitepapers
CI/CD pipeline experience and strong collaboration within DevSecOps environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working directly with customers
