American Regional Training, Instructor
Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join their team as an Instructor in the American Regional Training Department. The primary responsibility is to provide quality classroom training to students, including managers, agents, and supervisors from various stations, as well as vendor employees.

Responsibilities
Provide a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees
Teach core training to include QIK Sabre, Net Tracer, Ramp – Eagle Ground Operations Manual (EGOM), and Complaint Resolution Official (CRO), Jetbridge, Transfer Assist
Qualification
Required
One (1) year of airline experience
Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work a flexible schedule
A MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION LETTER IS REQUIRED
Employment is contingent upon a valid driver's license and clear driving record
10-year Criminal History Records Check, and drug screen as required
Proof of high school or GED completion
Minimum 18 years of age
Preferred
Knowledge of QIK, Sabre, and airport environment
Prior teaching experience in a corporate environment
Bachelor's degree in related field
