Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable secure and cost-effective Azure cloud architectures
Collaborate with development operations and security teams to ensure seamless integration
Define and enforce cloud governance security and compliance standards
Develop infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform CloudFormation or CDK
Possess a strong understanding of Azure Databricks Unity CatLog enabling effective data governance and management through fine grained access control and data sharing
Manage multiple workspaces as a Megastore Admi Account Admin on Azure Databricks ensuring optimal configuration and maintenance for efficient data processing
Demonstrated strong knowledge of Azure networking with the ability to troubleshoot and debug network issues to ensure seamless connectivity and performance of Databricks
Stay current with Azure innovations and recommend improvements
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers
Conduct architecture reviews and performance tuning
Stay current with Azure innovations and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure Architect with Databricks experience
Deep expertise in Azure services and cloud architecture best practices
Strong background in infrastructure as code, DevOps, and security
Strong Databricks expert in Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and ML flow
Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective Azure cloud architectures
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration
Define and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance standards
Develop infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
Strong understanding of Azure Databricks Unity Catalog enabling effective data governance and management
Manage multiple workspaces as a Megastore Admin Account Admin on Azure Databricks

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
Preferred
AZURE Certified Solutions Architect Professional
Familiarity with CICD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with monitoring tools CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with hybrid cloud or multi cloud environments
Experience in regulated industries e.g. finance, healthcare
