Develop fullstack applications using Python for backend and React for frontend

Lead and mentor a team of engineers ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards

Collaborate with product managers UX designers and cloud engineers to deliver end to end solutions

Implement CICD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments across environments

Optimize application performance security and scalability on Azure cloud

Conduct code reviews provide technical guidance and foster a culture of continuous improvement
