Maintains and organizes patient files, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and complete
Ensures patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Assists in managing inventory for office and clinical supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are stocked and readily available
Performs general office duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning patient documents
Performs other duties as assigned
