Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and month‑end close
Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and maintain GAAP compliance
Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health
Improve systems, workflows, and reporting tools to support scalability
Manage, mentor, and develop a small finance team
Partner with leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and data‑driven decision support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Experience improving systems, processes, and reporting accuracy
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on
Preferred
CPA/MBA
