Responsibilities
Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner
Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability on time and within compliance standard
Establishing a range of automated marketing campaigns based on a set of criteria
Reviewing existing marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate
Provide a problem solving and determination when ‘point of escalation’ to platform owner(s) marketing platform team is needed for technical support or QA
Qualification
Required
10+ years Hands on experience in deploying and managing a Salesforce, Marketo marketing automation instance (or enterprise marketing automation platform) at the global, enterprise, level (campaigns, programs, nurture programs, lead scoring, routing, best practices, and success / reporting metrics)
3+ years people management experience in a fast-paced setting
Expert in landing page user experience and optimization strategies
Experience working with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Superior project management and organization skills with high level of attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Self-motivated, able to plan work effort and manage to schedule and prioritize
Hands-on Marketo experience in an advanced/admin capacity, Marketo certified preferred
Innovative thinker, creative problem solver
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build consensus, and communicate your ideas
Ability to excel in a dynamic fast-paced, highly demanding environment
