Data Lead Technical Analyst-Oracle

Responsibilities
Lead the support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications by providing guidance on developing and identifying design considerations and business impacts needed for configuration
Drive quality of data for internal department planning and activities
Lead configuration, setup, and updating of applications, and provide guidance as needed
Manage data loading process into established tables, fields, and system databases
Review and approve governance standards and processes for data input, structures, and storage mechanisms
Lead the team in building reports and provide strategic insights and recommendations related to business management and staff decisions
Lead and mentor the team responsible for training users on the applications and setting up user access
Provide strategic recommendations for changes in applications development, maintenance, and system standards
Establish and share Enterprise-wide Applications perspective when collaborating with cross-functional technical teams within the organization, to ensure the integration and interoperability of enterprise-wide systems
Lead and liaise with client stakeholders and external vendors to ensure support for enterprise-wide applications
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. In lieu of a degree, at least 9 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support
6-8 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support with in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies
Extensive knowledge of enterprise-wide applications and software platforms
Experience managing software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide systems
Expertise in configuring and setting up various enterprise-wide applications
Experience applying security designs and principles to technology-based business solutions
Experience leading teams and overseeing database management and maintenance
Ability to develop and review complex custom queries using query and reporting tools
Extensive knowledge of data management best practices and quality control processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Preferred
Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle
Experience in PMI, OTC, STP functional areas with strong Oracle Cloud SCM and Finance implementation expertise
Experience handling large-volume ERP Oracle Cloud data conversions in SCM and/or Finance, including integrations with downstream applications
Demonstrated success in leading, managing and delivering end-to-end data conversion projects
Strong ability to interact directly with business users, gather and manage requirements, communicate clearly, and provide status updates to leadership
Ability to perform backend and frontend data testing and validation using advanced SQL skills
