Responsibilities
Support the design, build, requirements efforts in working directly with Leaders in healthcare service lines
Creation of standardized reports, dashboards for the enterprise
Working with Analytic toolsets such as SQL, Cloudera, Teradata, and BI Tools
Work closely with each service line lead to ensure reports usage optimization
Work with Data Management team at HCA to provide assistance and guidance in building out queries and data tables / data cubes
Ability to multitask, given various task assignments, assisting management in prioritization of tasks
Working individually or with teams to accomplish goals
Works with all departments throughout the product delivery cycle to ensure project dates are met and ensure timely completion of Product Analyst deliverables
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
4-5 years of experience on increasingly challenging projects in business with a proven delivery track record
Must have 4+ years of experience with SQL, ETL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities
Hands-on expertise in BI Tools
Ability to work independently and frequently communicate with project team members, support resources, other supporting external vendors, and end users
Strong working knowledge in SQL report writing, BI tools experience, ETL Data Mapping, and Reference Data Management
Preferred
Technology expertise in SQL, Cloudera, Teradata, BI Tools like Microstrategy / Power BI, and Reference Data Management Tools like Ataccama
