Move Planning & Execution
Coordinate individual, team, and department moves, including furniture relocation and workspace setup
Develop and manage move schedules and plans to ensure timely execution with minimal disruption
Partner with Facilities, HR, IT/AV, Security, and other internal teams to align move logistics and requirements
Coordinate with external moving vendors to ensure safe and efficient
Qualification
Required
Experience working with overseeing and executing employee and furniture moves
Coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensure all moves are completed smoothly with minimal disruption
Good organisational and communication skill with employees and external vendors
Associate or bachelor's degree or relevant experience
