Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure for new and existing strategic accounts
Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and ecosystem partnerships
Position end-to-end issuance solutions, including physical card manufacturing, chip technology, and personalization services
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive wallet share and long-term growth
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure customer success
Identify growth opportunities across digital services such as tokenization, digital issuance, and authentication
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in payments, banking technology, or card issuance
Proven success exceeding sales targets in an enterprise B2B environment
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and issuance value chain
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
Self-starter comfortable working autonomously in a matrix organization
