Responsibilities
Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrate data from various back-end services, APIs and databases
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding and scaling our sites
Translating designs into seamless responsive layouts
Assist with development and administration of SAAS system
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven expertise in web development
Knowledge in building responsive websites in desktop and mobile
Comfortable with PHP and JavaScript Frameworks: WordPress, CodeIgniter, Laravel, Bootstrap, jQuery, Vanilla JavaScript and Angular.js is a plus but not required
Experience in building and customizing WordPress websites, themes and plugins
High attention to detail, as well as superior analytical and time management skills
Must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, collaborative, strong communicator and team player
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred
Knowledge in SEO
Knowledge in real estate (property management and/or leasing)
Previous QuickBase, Sage / Timberline, or MRI experience
