Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining plans and procedures for the international transfer of VCS
Communicating with Australian Submarine Agency (ASA) personnel to meet Australian regulatory requirements
Collaborating with international policy professionals to share USN data required to operate and maintain VCS
Interacting with USN and RAN fleet operational representatives to ensure satisfactory military crewing
Coordinating with supply chain professionals to ensure enduring logistical support for VCS in Australia
Building teams to develop unprecedented solutions for an unprecedented program

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or other relevant field
12+ years of professional experience working in USN operational, industrial, or acquisitions environments
Proven ability to navigate, coordinate, and communicate between government and private industry stakeholders
Proficient in the use of Microsoft products, to include Sharepoint, Teams, Office, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
Current DoD security clearance - minimum Secret, with the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Preferred

Master's degree in a technical field
Qualified in Submarines (Enlisted, Officer, Supply, or Engineering Duty Officer)
Qualified USN Engineering Duty Officer (1440) with an emphasis on submarine repair (Industrial Maintenance Mentor Group) or submarine acquisitions (Undersea EDO Mentor Group)
Experience working on Navy, submarine, or undersea-related programs - especially nuclear submarine repair efforts
Experience with working in or adjacent to the Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program
Direct experience supporting NAVSEA and Team Submarine
Experience with International submarine acquisitions programs and partnerships; E.g., Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
Proficient in use of scheduling software (e.g. Microsoft Project/Primavera/or similar)
