Answer calls and place orders in the system from sales people and customers
Purchasing for small, quick turn-around orders
Print and proofread orders
Enter Quotes
Enter job address
Meet with customers in showroom to answer questions
Find products from vendors for customers
Resolve issues
Qualification
Required
Type 60-80 WPM with accuracy
Strong attention to detail required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be personable with a positive attitude on the telephone
Able to coordinate various tasks simultaneously
Quick learner
10 Key by touch
Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational & prioritization skills
