Responsibilities
Process a high volume of invoices quickly and accurately
Perform 3‑way matching and resolve invoice or PO discrepancies
Communicate directly with vendors regarding payment issues
Support weekly payment runs and AP cycle management
Evaluate current AP workflows across multiple locations
Develop, document, and implement new standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Identify inefficiencies and introduce standardized best practices
Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger
Assist with clearing aged items and correcting misposted entries
Support month-end closing activities as needed
Work closely with site managers and plant leads to gather details on existing workflows
Provide training and communication on newly developed SOPs
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of Accounts Payable experience; manufacturing preferred
Experience handling heavy AP workload and multi-site operations
Strong understanding of AP-to-GL workflows and reconciliation
Proven ability to build, document, and improve SOPs
Proficiency with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.)
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas)
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Must be able to start ASAP and work fully onsite in Hamorton, PA
