Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on all document production needs, handling inquiries and escalations
Advise clients on cost-effective print solutions
Promote and explain available print services
Price, coordinate, and manage print projects
Work with suppliers (internal and external)
Manage the quote process, proof exchange, and delivery follow-up
Maintain accurate documentation for audits
Provide system administration support for document management systems
Manage relationships with assigned customers
Qualification
Required
3+ years of print production experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain document strategies clearly
Strong networking and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Analytical and interviewing skills to understand client needs
Creativity and strong negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work autonomously
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
Experience in print sales, price estimation, or document production techniques
Direct mail experience
Print procurement experience
Print shop job scheduling experience
Associate's Degree
Valid Driver's License
