Responsibilities
Partner with PMs, ENG, and Field teams to lead the operational rollout of new features, ensuring the organization is equipped with the data and resources needed for a successful launch
Synthesize insights from customer feedback, product usage metrics, and partner inputs to provide Engineering and PM with a clear, data-backed view of market needs
Build and maintain the dashboards that track product adoption and health, leveraging SQL to provide the "ground truth" on how features are performing in the wild
Identify friction points in how information flows from Product to the Field and implement lean processes to keep teams aligned during rapid launch cycles
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA program with 3–5 years of professional experience (e.g., Consulting, BizOps, or Strategy) and a passion for the 'last mile' of product delivery
Advanced SQL skills are required. You are a data native who uses queries to find the 'why' behind product trends and adoption hurdles
You are willing to get hands-on. You don't just identify a gap in a launch plan; you build the checklist or dashboard to close it
You can build rapport with technical PMs and Engineering leads while speaking the language of our Sales and Customer Success teams
You understand that 'strategy' only matters if it can be executed. You focus on making programs work in the real world with limited guidance
