Responsibilities

Help customers navigate AI-driven transformation by aligning business objectives with advanced data and AI capabilities
Partner with customers to identify opportunities to modernize customer engagement and operational models using Salesforce’s AI-first platform
Drive adoption and growth of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform within assigned accounts
Operate as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex, multi-cloud solutions and demonstrating how Salesforce delivers measurable business value through AI-powered outcomes
Engage both business and technical stakeholders—including executive, data, and IT leaders—to drive AI-powered transformation and accelerate platform adoption
Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Core AEs, Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, and Partners—to deliver cohesive, customer-centric solutions

Required

Strong technical fluency
Proven ability to drive revenue
Ability to build trusted customer relationships
Experience selling complex, multi-product SaaS solutions
Strong understanding of AI and data-driven technologies
Ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
Experience navigating diverse buying environments
Ability to adapt sales approach accordingly
Experience leading consultative discovery conversations
Ability to deeply understand customer challenges
Ability to articulate how Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform can solve critical business problems and unlock new growth opportunities
