Designing and managing architectural projects
Preparing conceptual design exhibits including site plan, elevations, and detailed plans
Collaborating with other design professionals
Contributing to site planning / conceptual design efforts
Ensuring design quality
Maintaining project deadlines
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design processes
Minimum 3 years of architectural design experience in conceptual design and schematic architectural design
Expertise in creating conceptual design, site plans, elevations, other design exhibits
Skills in Drawing and visual representation for architectural projects
Knowledge and experience in Urban Planning and community-focused designs for multi-family projects
Strong project management and collaborative skills
Proficiency with design tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, PhotoShop or similar
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Preferred
Previous experience in multi-family projects is a plus
Relevant licensure preferred
