Sales Development Manager
Confidential company is expanding their Go-to-Market team and seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives. The role involves overseeing daily activities, managing team metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive pipeline growth for the organization's enterprise sales force.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily SDR activities to ensure best practices, quality standards, and productivity goals are consistently achieved
Provide training and one-on-one coaching on products, messaging, and prospecting strategies
Foster a positive, collaborative culture that promotes growth, accountability, and team retention
Drive performance against quarterly “meetings kept” and qualified opportunity goals
Manage team metrics across outbound calls, emails, demos set, and conversion rates
Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and improve lead quality
Partner with Sales Leadership to design and execute prospecting plans that uncover new business opportunities
Continuously refine processes to enhance SDR efficiency and impact
Lead by example through clear communication, consistent feedback, and a focus on results
Elevate the performance and mindset of the SDR organization
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales to ensure alignment and shared success
Qualification
Required
3+ years of SDR or Inside Sales leadership experience, managing a team of 8+ representatives
Proven record of quota attainment and team performance improvement
3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
