New Product Introduction Marketing Lead – Hybrid Systems
HP is looking for a New Product Introduction Marketing Lead to develop insights-led strategies for their Hybrid Systems portfolio. The role involves planning and executing marketing assets, collaborating with various teams, and managing budgets to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute assets including imagery, messaging, above and below the fold etail, and digital/social ads for ecommerce and marketing, ensuring proper, on-time delivery within HP systems for launch readiness
Collaborate closely with product marketing leads, product management, Go-to-Market, and regional marketing teams to bring the 4Ps of marketing to life
Inspire and manage agencies to develop impactful, high-caliber work
Forecast and manage budgets for your projects
Support the development of product value propositions
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools
Understanding of strategic communications planning and how it informs world class briefs and therefore world class creative
Understanding of the role of creative across the mix with the ability to ascertain great from average creative
Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects or programs from insights to in-market (including production)
Exceptional writing—must be able to influence and write messaging
Experience in creative production for optical and digital photography, optical and CGI video, and traditional advertising production (digital, social, etc.)
Curiosity of AI and high appetite to learn and use approved AI tools
Exceptional project management skills
Pragmatic approach to managing curve balls—someone who always finds a way to 'get it done.'
You are unfailingly diplomatic and openly consultative
You can ably manage budget planning and process
You are excited to lead by example, and mentor less experienced team members
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience
