The role involves owning the end-to-end program delivery of ERP finance modernization efforts and partnering closely with senior finance, business, and technology leaders to drive execution across a complex, multi-year initiative.

Responsibilities
Define and maintain the ERP finance transformation vision, scope, and success metrics
Ensure alignment with overall company strategy and finance objectives
Own and manage the multi-phase ERP transformation roadmap
Sequence initiatives to balance delivery risk, organizational capacity, and business value
Establish and lead program governance, decision frameworks, and execution cadence
Drive transparency around risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery progress
Partner with finance and operational process owners to redesign and modernize core workflows, including:
Order-to-Cash
Procure-to-Pay
Record-to-Report
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Ensure processes align with ERP best practices and enhanced internal controls
Own ERP-related data, integration, and control outcomes
Ensure solutions support reliable financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency
Lead stakeholder readiness, change management, and post–go-live stabilization
Deliver concise, insight-driven updates and recommendations to VP+ and executive stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Senior-level Technical Program Manager with deep experience leading ERP finance transformations
Proven success delivering large, cross-functional, multi-year enterprise programs
Strong understanding of finance systems, ERP platforms, and process controls
Comfortable operating at the executive level while maintaining hands-on program rigor
Highly structured, outcome-oriented, and skilled at navigating ambiguity
Lead a high-impact, enterprise-wide finance transformation
Partner directly with senior business and technology leadership
Drive lasting operational and data-quality improvements
