Facilities Administrative Assistant
Global Business Solutions LLC is seeking a professional for the role of Facilities Administrative Assistant. This role serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors, combining front desk responsibilities with administrative support to the Facilities Manager, ensuring a secure and efficient environment.

Responsibilities
Manages multiple tasks and changing priorities in a quick-paced environment
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, works independently, and possesses strong interpersonal skills
Provides administrative support to the Facilities Manager
Is the primary facilities entry control contact
Assists the Facility Manager with office and custodial supply orders
Processes account fund transfers periodically and orders office and custodial supplies
Responsible for receiving and delivering freights and other mail
Manages Microsoft Outlook calendar, supports meeting and appointment coordination, and all other special events coordination
Organizes and maintains departmental files
Creates and edits presentations, documents, memos, reports, and spreadsheets
Assists with the acquisition and delivery of office furniture and other furnishings
Responsible for arranging meetings and appointments
Schedules and supports the office complex and facilities conference rooms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or other related field is required
Three (3) years of Facilities/Project Management and/or Business experience is required
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products is required
Preferred
Five (5) years of Facilities/Project Management and/or Business experience is preferred
Experience working in classified or secured Department of Defense (DoD) spaces is preferred
Experience building relationships with vendors, budgeting and logistics management is preferred
