Responsibilities

Analyze school system data and translate findings into practical recommendations

Build dashboards and data visualization tools (Power BI)

Develop and maintain low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Qualtrics)

Create automated tools/forms to collect and organize data

Analyze statutory data across federal and state plans to identify redundancies

Develop scoring tools, Excel scorecards, and performance trackers

Support goal-setting and progress monitoring efforts

Required

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Experience working with statutory/compliance data

Experience reducing duplication across reporting systems

Background in education, public sector, or civic tech
