Network Operations Manager
Confidential company is seeking a highly skilled NOC Manager to lead network operations for a large-scale EV charging network. This role involves overseeing network performance, vendor coordination, and incident resolution while providing leadership to the NOC team.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day monitoring of the EV charging network to ensure uptime and performance
Lead troubleshooting efforts to quickly identify, escalate, and resolve outages or system issues
Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
Coordinate closely with third-party vendors on repairs, replacements, and escalations
Track SLAs, hold vendors accountable for performance, and drive timely resolution
Manage parts logistics and service follow-through
Supervise, mentor, and support NOC staff during assigned shifts
Assign work, manage priorities, and ensure efficient coverage—especially during weekends and peak demand
Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement
Develop and refine operational workflows to improve response times and service quality
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and vendor interactions
Analyze network performance data and deliver clear reporting and insights to leadership
Partner with Engineering, Field Service, Maintenance, and Customer Support to align on issue resolution and system improvements
Support network deployments and enhancements as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Experience managing vendors, accounts, or projects end-to-end, including contracts and SLAs
Strong background in network monitoring and troubleshooting
Experience reviewing error codes, logs, and manufacturer data
Familiarity with deploying, managing, and supporting network infrastructure
Proficiency with ticketing systems, dashboards, and operational workflows
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, structured approach under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience using Salesforce and Excel
Comfort working with monitoring tools, reporting software, and operational dashboards
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, or on-call rotations
Willingness to travel locally as well as across the US as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Preferred
4+ years of experience in a NOC environment (EVSE, telecommunications, or network infrastructure preferred)
Field service experience in EVSE is a strong plus
