Sr, Analyst- Facilities

They are seeking a Sr. Analyst in Facilities to oversee contracted service providers, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting the efficient operation of the site.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong leadership of day‑to‑day oversight and escorting of contracted facilities service providers who construct, maintain, and repair utilities system, buildings and equipment (e.g., maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, waste)
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contract requirements; escalate gaps and drive corrective actions
Utilize the onsite CMMS system to Maintain documentation (electronic and paper), dashboards, and reports that provide visibility into facilities performance and trends required for repair and preventative maintenance work
Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to evaluate service quality, cost performance, and improvement opportunities
Validate vendor work plans and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure alignment with operational needs and due dates
Perform routine site walks and inspections to verify internal requirements, service delivery, safety compliance, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Review and approve vendor work orders, service reports, and invoices for accuracy and contract compliance
Ensure all facilities operations meet regulatory, environmental, and corporate compliance requirements
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal customers regarding facilities services, issues, and requests
Partner with cross‑functional teams (Security, EHS, IT, Real Estate, Operations) to coordinate service delivery and resolve escalations through open and professional lines of communications using CORE processes
Communicate service impacts, planned maintenance, and operational updates in a clear, timely, and professional manner
Support the development and implementation of facilities programs, standards, process improvements, facilities projects and equipment upgrades
Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking for contracted services
Contribute to long‑term facilities planning, capital project coordination, and vendor sourcing initiatives
Respond to unplanned/emergency work requests in a timely & effective manner
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
This role typically requires a Bachelors degree in engineering, facilities, business or related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience may be considered
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Interim Secret Clearance. Application required PRIOR to start of employment
At least 3 years' experience with and strong understanding of facilities service contracts, service level agreements, and contractor performance management and coordinating and managing outside contractors
At least 3 years' experience and proficiency with CMMS, work order systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, and analytics tools
At least 3 years' experience and expertise in HVAC systems, VFD's, and motor and PLC controls troubleshooting
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills. And the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present findings to leadership
Preferred
Journeyman license in a relevant field
In this role you need to be willing and able to back up our Facilities Maintenance Operations as business and team needs arise
Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems aptitude and experience
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards for safe work practice, hazard assessment and mitigation
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, or overtime
Prior experience leading and/or being a team member
Experience with installation, upgrades, diagnosis, repair of facility equipment
Prior experience in the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards as well as experience in developing solutions to complex problems
Previous aerospace manufacturing experience
