HRIS & Workforce Planning Analyst
Flex Employee Services USA, LLC is actively seeking talented individuals for the role of HRIS & Workforce Planning Analyst. This role involves supporting the Human Resources function through effective management of HR systems and developing data-driven workforce strategies to optimize HR data and enable proactive workforce planning.

Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and optimize HRIS through data management
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all HR systems and platforms
Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and coordinate with IT for resolution
Design and generate routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders
Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, including testing and training
Provide support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across headcount, turnover, capacity, and talent pipelines -all departments
Analysis on time spend and trends POT, Sick – Leave as well as retirement trends by department
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop short and long-term workforce planning models
Support organizational planning initiatives such as restructuring, succession planning, and talent forecasting
Build and maintain predictive models to inform staffing and organizational design decisions
Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and senior management
Contribute to strategic planning processes by providing insights into workforce capabilities and constraints
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
3–5 years of experience in HRIS administration and/or workforce planning analytics
Strong experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality
Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Experience with HR metrics, KPIs, and data storytelling
Preferred
Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages
Experience in change management or organizational development
Certification in HRIS platforms or workforce planning (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
Experience reporting with legacy HRIS
