Front Office Receptionist
Knox Wealth Partners Advisory is a well-established financial investment firm seeking a highly organized and professional receptionist to join their team. The receptionist will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling administrative duties, and providing a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Maintain the office's general appearance/common areas and ensure it is always presentable
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
General office support duties to include filing, scanning, data entry, order entry for supplies, stocking
Some customer service responsibilities will include making non-sales outbound phone calls to clients
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in computer programs to include excel, outlook, word, powerpoint
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently, with attention to detail a priority
Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a professional or financial services environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
High school diploma or equivalent required, additional qualifications are a plus
Candidate will be required to pass a full background check
