Electromechanical Engineering Lead or Manager
Highvac Corporation is a local, privately held company specializing in downstream solutions for the semiconductor industry. They are seeking an Electromechanical Engineering Lead or Manager to oversee engineering and reverse engineering of electromechanical industrial equipment systems while managing and mentoring other team members.

Responsibilities
Reverse engineering of industrial vacuum pumps and development of rebuild/remanufacturing programs for production
Sourcing and/or developing parts and tooling
Setting up parts, vendors, engineering masters (BOMs/Routings), etc. in ERP database software
Creating digital work instructions and checklists for production use
Technical writing (equipment manuals)
Creating drawings, electrical schematics, cable designs, and routings
Engineering of electromechanical industrial equipment (vacuum pump and semiconductor abatement systems)
General management responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electromechanical or electrical engineering with a working knowledge of mechanical engineering
3+ years experience in a similar industry/role
Proven experience as a team lead
Successful similar-project completion
Working knowledge of chemical engineering would be helpful/useful
UL control box design and experience with low and high voltage single and three phase systems
Industrial communication setup for PLC data output to third party monitoring software
Semiconductor sub-fab equipment experience would be helpful/useful
Engineering aptitude
Strong mechanical and electrical background and aptitude. Understands how things work
