Responsibilities
Conduct ESS/functional testing (and troubleshooting) activities on complex electronic systems
Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Follow testing procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation of test results and provide shift reports
Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the development of best practices
Qualification
Required
MUST BE US CITIZEN
2nd shift - 2:00pm-11:00pm
at least 2-3 years of industry or electronic test experience, troubleshooting systems or even down to the component level
Performs ESS/functional testing processes using a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results
Requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment
May recommend changes in testing methods or equipment changes
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a testing environment
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
Works under general supervision
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Typically reports to a supervisor
Good communication skills

2+ years of experience in conducting ESS/functional testing and troubleshooting activities on electronic systems
Attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures accurately
Have a secret security clearance or able to obtain a secret security clearance
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electronic testing procedures and equipment
Preferred
Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field
High school diploma/GED Equivalent
Experience with navigation systems
Familiarity with industry standards and quality control processes
