Responsibilities
Produce and manage standardized daily, weekly, and monthly revenue cycle reports
Support goal setting, productivity tracking, and performance monitoring across departments
Collect, synthesize, and communicate financial and operational data to support system-wide strategies
Develop and implement benchmarking and comparative reporting for key revenue cycle metrics
Perform financial opportunity assessments to identify revenue cycle improvement opportunities
Support initiatives focused on improving cash flow and net revenue realization
Assist with implementation plans and measurement of initiative outcomes
Build and maintain financial and non-financial performance models aligned to strategic goals
Provide tools, data, and insights to help operations identify current and future performance risks
Analyze and complete special projects as assigned while balancing multiple priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or analytics, preferably supporting revenue cycle or healthcare operations
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial or performance modeling
Proven ability to synthesize large, multi-source datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership and operational teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Preferred
Experience supporting revenue cycle analytics within a healthcare environment
Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
