Responsibilities
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff professionally
Monitor and control facility entry and exit; maintain visitor logs
Enforce facility safety, security, and visitation policies
Conduct routine security rounds throughout the building
Respond to emergencies, incidents, or safety concerns and notify appropriate staff
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Security Guard License (required by NY state)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred
Previous security, front desk, or healthcare experience preferred
