Responsibilities
Operate sterilization equipment (PC, HMI) according to validated procedures
Track all the products around conveyor systems, and Sterilization Room, to unjam boxes or trays
Load products into conveyors and manipulate the interface of the HMI
Unwrap material prior to sterilization cycle
Load/unload product manually once the manual line is running
Monitor and document sterilization cycles, parameters, and outcomes
Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance
Maintain accurate records of sterilization batches and logs
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve issues
Identify and report deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly
Support continuous improvement initiatives in sterilization processes
Sort a rework activity
Maintain working area clean
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
Qualification
Required
