Start in 2026 SummerJoby Aviation is pioneering the development of a piloted air taxi and is looking for a motivated electrical engineering intern to join their Electrical Engineering team. The intern will contribute to the design, validation, and test development of their electric air taxi while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualification
Required
Pursuing B.S./M.S. in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science
Heading into junior or senior year of undergraduate degree or above at time of internship
Available Summer 2026
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve
Passionate about engineering
Preferred
Experience with electronics CAD (Altium preferred but other systems acceptable)
Ability to develop in Python scripts
Experience making or testing or other hands on experience with actual hardware or software; especially personal project not related to work or school
