Responsibilities
Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies and processes used within Wealth Management Compensation area
Support the team in software development, database programming, batch monitoring/on call support and technical problem-solving
Collaborate effectively with peers, mentors, and cross-functional teams
Participate in requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging and deployment activities
Document and maintain project-related information as needed
Maintain a professional and positive approach in all team interactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Positive attitude and a strong desire for professional growth
Preferred
Knowledge of RDBMS, UNIX/LINUX, PL/SQL, Java, and Python
