This role will focus on planning, tracking, and communicating Infrastructure work while providing financial insights and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities
Own Infrastructure tooling, dashboards, trackers, templates, and systems of record to enable consistent execution and reporting
Establish and enforce operating cadences (e.g., weekly execution check-ins, monthly operating reviews, initiative tracking, quarterly planning) that drive accountability and follow-through
Translate Infrastructure priorities into execution-ready plans with clear scope, timelines, ownership, and measurable success criteria, maintaining accurate, decision-ready reporting that highlights risks, dependencies, and required actions
Define, maintain, and evolve Infrastructure performance metrics that measure execution progress, operational readiness, and financial performance
Partner with Infrastructure leadership and pillar owners to monitor spend against budgets and forecasts, ensuring clear understanding of cost drivers, variances, and underlying assumptions
Synthesize operational and financial data into actionable insights that inform execution decisions and surface opportunities to pull cost, efficiency, and/or performance levers, in partnership with Infrastructure leadership and functional owners
Draft cost analysis memos and business cases including clear recommendations to support leadership review and planning decisions
Qualification
Required
Strong execution discipline and operational visibility skills
Experience in decision support across Infrastructure initiatives
Ability to plan, track, and communicate Infrastructure work with clarity and consistency
Experience in Fleet & Facilities, Safety & Security, and Procurement
Ability to own Infrastructure-wide execution frameworks, operating cadences, and reporting standards
Comfortable building systems and working with data
Experience in project execution and staying close to performance metrics and operations
Ability to identify gaps, validate assumptions, surface risks, and support leadership planning and decision-making
Experience in owning Infrastructure tooling, dashboards, trackers, templates, and systems of record
Ability to establish and enforce operating cadences
Experience in translating Infrastructure priorities into execution-ready plans
Ability to define, maintain, and evolve Infrastructure performance metrics
Experience in monitoring spend against budgets and forecasts
Ability to synthesize operational and financial data into actionable insights
Experience in drafting cost analysis memos and business cases
