Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between Area Managers and field teams
Oversee installation, service repairs, special projects, and daily field operations
Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance with contract standards
Track and coordinate materials, fleet, and resources for efficient operations
Provide coaching, performance management, and development for field staff
Ensure site safety, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction at all times
Prepare and distribute timely performance reports and identify areas for operational improvement
Motivate and train staff to meet certification levels and achieve team goals
Qualification
Required
3+ years of fiber-to-the-home and telecom field experience
Ability to manage third-party contract labor effectively
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
Completion of pre-employment requirements including background checks, drug screen, and motor vehicle records review
Preferred
Supervisory experience and knowledge of quality fiber installation practices
